To ad or not to ad?
Over the years I have been asked more then once whether or not to place ad’s on a site. Most times my response has been a resounding ‘NO!’. So less than 15 minutes after I placed adsense on my new blog I was sent a very sharp email pointing out that I have adsense on my blog. In response I figured I would explain the thought here in public.
Adsense is the main ad network for many small blog sites. As I expand my personal brand I want to start to play with the many ad networks that are on the market. I have started with adsense, but I will expand this to other ad networks in the future.
If anyone has any tips for an adsense n00b please feel free to pass them along.
